In 2021, British Canoeing launched a new scheme to replace the older Quality Mark scheme, this scheme exists as a voluntary measure for water sports providers to sign up to to help ensure they provide the highest level of safety, customer service and eco-friendly operating procedures.
Hire a Canoe has signed up at the Silver level to give us access to the tools and advice needed to offer you the very best canoe hire service on the River Severn possible. We aim for our River Severn canoes to be as clean, modern and efficient as possible allowing you to simply book the trip and then just sit back and enjoy.

Today we attended the Annual Delivery Partner conference where we had the opportunity to meet and speak to other providers and attend a series of seminars covering equality, inclusion, access, environmental issues, technical advice and much more. This has given us a strong list of things to work on in our future roadmap to offering you an even better and more fulfilling service.
